Beastie Boys, Tool and Coldplay will headline the second All Points West Music & Arts Festival to be held July 31 through August 2 at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ.

The festival will also feature Echo & The Bunnymen, My Bloody Valentine, Vampire Weekend, MSTRKRFT, MGMT, Gogol Bordello, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Black Keys, Fleet Foxes, Neko Case, Arctic Monkeys and more than 65 artists appearing throughout the 80-acre historic location that has panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the Manhattan skyline.

All Points West is produced by Goldenvoice, AEG Live and Liberty Event in association with the HighLine Ballroom. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 3 at 12 p.m. at Ticketmaster. Single day tickets are $89 and three-day passes are $199 for a limited time.

The same layaway plan that Goldenvoice has successfully implemented at many of their festivals this year will also be available for APW. Festival-goers have the option to purchase three-day festival tickets and three-day parking passes on a payment plan.

Layaway options (available online only through May 29) are: the 50 percent down payment option allows purchasers to pay a 50 percent deposit of the total order now with the remaining 50 percent automatically deducted July 3; and a multiple payment plan whereby purchasers initially pay 10 percent of the total order with the remaining amounts automatically deducted in equal payments on May 4, June 3 and July 3.

A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit Friends of Liberty State Park, an open space advocacy volunteer organization dedicated to the park’s future as a free, green and non-commercial, urban waterfront oasis.

This year, the Queen of the Valley stage has been changed to a Coachella-like tent creating an environment that will showcase comedy, DJs, electronic acts and bands.
