“RazorGator Official Partnership with Tournament of Roses® to Include BCS National Championship in 2010”

LOS ANGELES (RazorGator) May 4, 2009 – RazorGator has reached agreement with the Tournament of Roses to extend their multi-year partnership for the Rose Bowl Game presented by Citi to include the 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game. RazorGator will power the Official Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange for next year’s BCS National Championship Game while its subsidiary, PrimeSport, will serve as the game’s preferred travel package provider.

RazorGator, the industry-leader in Hard-to-Get® tickets for sports and entertainment events worldwide, will continue as the Official Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange Provider of the Tournament of Roses and the Rose Bowl Game for the fourth consecutive year. Under that same agreement, PrimeSport will continue as the Official Hospitality Village and Travel Partner of the Rose Bowl Game. The Rose Bowl® will be held Friday, January 1, 2010, followed by the 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game on Thursday, January 7.

”We have been very pleased by the experience that PrimeSport has created for our Rose Bowl corporate guests over the last few years. Their interest in creating the best possible environment for our corporate guests has resulted in one of the best corporate hospitality villages in the country,” said Mitch Dorger, Chief Executive Officer of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association. “It is the place to be both before and after the game itself. On the ticket exchange side, RazorGator’s commitment to customer satisfaction has made it a safe and efficient way for fans to exchange tickets when their plans change. We look forward to continuing our association with RazorGator for both our games this year.”

TFL and ATBS for ticketing professionals

Last year, RazorGator operated the Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange for the 75th FedEx® Orange Bowl, the 2009 FedEx BCS National Championship and the Rose Bowl Game. RazorGator’s Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange protects buyers from purchasing counterfeit tickets. It also creates a sanctioned marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets in an easy and safe environment. This exclusive service is backed by RazorGator’s Five-Star Customer Service policy that promises a full refund or substitution of comparable tickets if, for any reason, a fan does not receive his or her confirmed tickets.

“Our association with the Tournament of Roses is an honor, and we’re excited to add the 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game to the scope of our partnership,” said Brendan Ross, Chief Executive Officer at RazorGator and PrimeSport. “We take pride in offering unique fan experiences to both consumers and corporate clientele, and by providing secure technology and customer guarantees to create safe, sanctioned marketplaces for fans to buy and sell tickets.”

As part of its partnership with the Tournament of Roses, RazorGator works closely with the association to create a comprehensive program tailored to meet the unique needs of college football fans, corporate sponsors, and the Rose Bowl event. Services provided by RazorGator and PrimeSport for each Rose Bowl include ticket package management and marketing, travel and hotel accommodations, corporate sponsorship management, and a multi-tiered hospitality program featuring hospitality village construction, sales, entertainment, décor, hotel and travel, brand activation for hospitality sponsors, and the implementation necessary to support and produce the five-acre corporate hospitality village adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium.
