With a little over a month left before the launch of his North American tour, jazz vocalist Michael Bublé is already extending his plans with a second round of performances. The popular performer will follow his upcoming spring tour, which is spotted with sell-outs, with nearly 20 more concerts in the summer.
The spring tour begins March 10 at Amway Arena in Orlando, FL, and temporarily leaves off with a gig on April 9 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA. After a brief European trek, Bublé will be back in the states from June 22 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, OK, through July 18 at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX.
The new summer schedule includes concerts on June 25 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, MO; July 2-3 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT; and July 14 at New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA.
Ticketing information for the summer jaunt has not yet been announced. Spring concerts have already sold out in Orlando, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, New York City, Rosemont (Chicago) and Los Angeles, according to current event listings on Ticketmaster.
Bublé’s upcoming touring season will promote his October 2009 release “Crazy Love,” which debuted atop the Billboard 200 and has already snagged a Platinum certification from the RIAA. The crooner’s ticket sales for the Crazy Love Tour have been equally impressive, with the first round of sales propelling him into second place on TicketNews’ exclusive event rankings for the week ending December 13.
