The luster appears to have worn off a bit for tickets on the secondary market to see the New York Yankees home opener today, April 13. According to Bloomberg, prices for the 2010 home opener are down significantly from 2009 when the team began its inaugural season in the new Yankee Stadium. On RazorGator, for example, ticket resale prices were down 55 percent from $476 in 2009 to $214 this year. The Yankees are playing the Los Angeles Angels today and are scheduled to receive their World Series championship rings.
