A year after launching the first leg of his Led Zeppelin tribute tour, Jason Bonham has unveiled plans to keep Led Zeppelin Experience on the road for another season. The musician has booked nearly two dozen concerts this fall for the on-going homage to his late father, the famed Zeppelin drummer John Bonham.

Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience (JBLZE) begins its next tour leg October 12 at the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside, CA. Performances are presently booked through November 18 at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL.

Along the way, Bonham and crew will perform October 31 at Wilbur Theatre in Boston, MA; November 1 at Best Buy Theatre in New York, NY; November 12 at The National in Richmond, VA; and November 17 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL.

The itinerary also includes several performances postponed from this spring when vocalist James Dylan fell ill. Previously purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled shows — October 14 in Los Angeles, October 15 in Las Vegas, October 17 in Sacramento, and October 18 in Napa Valley — while additional tickets are now also on sale.

Ticket sales are open to the public in select markets, while some of the tour’s more recently confirmed concerts are still awaiting onsale dates. Ticket prices vary widely for the tour, with tickets starting on the low end around $20 (in Upper Darby and Orlando) and ranging up to $150 on the high end (in Los Angeles). Onsale and ticket details can be found on JBLZE.com.

In addition to Bonham on drums and Dylan on vocals, Led Zeppelin Experience features guitarist Tony Catania, keyboardist Stephen Leblanc and bassist Michael Devin. The group launched its initial Led Zeppelin Experience Tour in fall 2010 as a sort of traveling musical memorial of the 30th anniversary of the elder Bonham’s death. The tour focuses not only on the music of Led Zeppelin, but also on Bonham’s memories of his father and experiences with the band.

Another round of national performances followed in May 2011, at which time Bonham expressed surprise at the tour’s popularity.

“I never imagined that the tour would have received the overwhelmingly positive reactions that it did,” the 45-year-old drummer said in a statement at the time. “It’s been beyond my wildest dreams to come out [and] represent my family, my father and the music of Led Zeppelin.”
