Justin Bieber recently announced thirty new tour dates in support of his latest album, Believe. Tickets to the first twenty-one dates in the summer leg are on sale this Friday, Dec. 15, with the remaining nine dates on sale next Friday, Dec. 21. A dollar from each ticket sold will benefit Pencils of Promise, a charity that increases educational opportunities in developing countries.
