Article by Dillon Nachbar, TicketNews:
The British indie/pop band, Bastille, announced in December that they will be performing at the War Memorial Auditorium on April 28th instead of The Cannery Ballroom after completely selling out The Cannery in minutes, leaving some ticket holders in a refund predicament. Both venues and TicketWeb have said that those who purchased tickets for a performance at The Cannery will be able to use their tickets with no exchanges required. However, TicketFast, or print-at-home tickets, are now “will call” tickets, meaning they need to be picked up from the War Memorial Auditorium box office the day of the concert. A TicketWeb customer service representative told TicketNews earlier that customers who purchased the tickets online via TicketWeb should have received an email regarding refund eligibility following the venue change. However, if no email was provided or if they were purchased through The Cannery, absolutely no refunds are available for the online tickets, leaving many ticket holders understandably upset. See below for the complete statement sent from TicketWeb via email.

(Nashville, Tenn. — December 16, 2013) Bastille’s show in Nashville on April 28th is moving to War Memorial Auditorium after selling out The Cannery Ballroom within minutes of tickets being on sale.
All original tickets purchased will be honored at the new venue with no exchanges required. If you purchased print-at-home tickets, they will now be will call tickets and available for pickup on day of show only.
