The rest of ZZ Top’s 2017 tour, including a performance tomorrow night at the South Carolina State Fair, have been postponed until further notice due to a member’s medical issues.

The legendary rock band’s website reads:

ZZ’s cornerstone bass guitarist, Mr. Dusty Hill, is addressing a tummy ailment and is following a directive to lay low for the next few weeks. Whew!

The band rocks 2018 and to then blow it out in 2019 as they celebrate a big “50”…! Once-in-a-millennium.

The band was set to headline the SC State Fair in Columbia on Wednesday, but contacted fair officials on Monday about the need to cancel following doctor’s orders for Hill, 68, to rest and recover. ZZ Top cancelled the same State Fair set in 2014 when Hill fell and injured his hip on the tour bus.
