The ticketing world in the month of November was dominated by sporting events and country music, as seen in the overall Ticket Market Top 10. Although Game 7 of the World Series just barely made the cutoff, taking place on the first of the month, the series’ exciting lead-up sparked monumental day-of sales that made it the best-selling event of the month.
College football actually drove more sales than the pros this month – the SEC and ACC Championships are Nos. 2 & 3 and the upcoming Big Ten stands at No. 8. The NFL took just two spots for Super Bowl 52 and the Cowboys vs. Eagles game on New Year’s Eve.
The best-selling concerts were Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Foo Fighters, and Blake Shelton. Theater was once again topped by Hamilton, followed by Dancing with the Stars and The Lion King.
