With a local audience and high expectations, last night’s CFP Championship Game between Georgia and Alabama delivered – both in the marketplace as the No. 1 seller for Monday, and on the field, as the Crimson Tide rallied for a victory in OT. The contest was followed in close order by another pair of football games, as NFL divisional playoffs loom over the weekend. Minnesota vs. New Orleans stood at No. 2, followed by the Jacksonville Jaguars’ visit to Pittsburgh.

Music took the remaining two slots in the Top 5, with Andrea Bocelli’s February 11th stop in Miami at No. 4 and the Bayou Country Superfest – boasting a star-studded lineup including George Strait, Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town – dropped in at No. 5.

Sports remained strong throughout the rest of the list, with fans looking forward to spring at No. 6 with the opening spring Saturday at Yankee Stadium – where the Cleveland Indians pay a visit on May 5 – leading the way. All told, eight of the Top 10 best-sellers were sporting contests.

The second half of the list, however, got much more musical. Coachella’s first weekend made it in at No. 12. Followed by Calibash. The full Top 20 is below.
