Indie synthpop group Chvrches will return to the music scene with their third studio album, Love Is Dead, and a slew of tour dates across North America.

As the summer begins, the band will hit a handful of music festivals in Europe, starting with BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend, and then making stops in Barcelona for Primavera Sound, Manchester for Parklife, and Belgium for Rock Werchter. Other festivals include Chicago’s Lollapalooza, New York City’s Governor’s Ball, London’s Citadel, and TRSNMT Festival in their hometown of Glasgow, Scottland. In the fall, they will kick-off the North American tour in San Diego, California on September 20. Chvrches will perform in select cities before wrapping up the tour on October 20 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Love Is Dead is set to drop on May 25, featuring previously-released singles “My Enemy,” “Never Say Die,” and “Miracle.” This album is the first piece of work from the band that includes collaboration with outside producers; Greg Jurstin, known for working with Adele and Sia, and Steve Mac, best-known for his work with Shakira and Demi Lovato, helped with production. This is their latest effort since the 2015 record Every Open Eye, which included hits “Bury It” and “Leave A Trace” —  helping catapult them into the music scene.
