2017 was a record year for Eventim UK, who have worked hard to achieve growth whilst keeping their ‘Fan First Thinking’ ethos in mind – ensuring customers receive the best service and rewards for trusting Eventim UK with their tickets.

With this focus in mind Eventim UK recently launched FanBonus, a free to join loyalty programme which rewards customers with a cashback voucher each year. Eventim UK also launched FanSale – a resale ticketing platform – which only allows fans to list their tickets for the price they purchased them for (or less), and which verifies the legitimacy of tickets.

Dale Ballentine, Director Business Development, says “It’s great to see that Eventim UK’s initiative to put fans first, as well as the hard work put in by the team to make our innovative ideas possible, is recognised by the industry. We will continue to enhance our customer experience and have more exciting things planned for 2018.”
