The rockers of Phish are set to cross the country this summer, but the original set of dates weren’t enough; the group extended the tour through the fall with 14 new shows across five cities.
In 2017, Phish fans could only see the group at New York City’s Madison Square Garden for their 13-Baker’s Dozen residency, as well as the four-night show for New Year’s Eve. This year, they’ve announced a nationwide trek, set to take off this July in Stateline, Nevada and run through the beginning of August. However, the band will now continue touring through November, making newly announced stops in Albany, Hampton, Nashville, and Chicago. They will wrap-up the tour with a four-night Halloween run in Las Vegas, ending on November 3.
Phish will make multiple stops in most of the cities they’re playing in, including three stops each in Washington, Georgia, Colorado, Virginia, Illinois, and Nevada. The three-day Phish Festival, Curveball, will take place in Watkins Glen, New York from August 17 to 19.
Last year, the band dropped the live album St. Louis ’93, following their 2016 LP Big Boat. They’re best known for the 2000 hit record Farmhouse and the ’94 hit “Sample In a Jar” from Hoist. However, even their latest tracks from Big Boat still kept the same funk-rock and feel-good beats seen in their previous work.
