SeatGeek today announced the hiring of James McClure as the  company’s first ever General Manager International. In this new role, James will lead and grow the  business across Europe, while based out of SeatGeek’s London office. He will be responsible for the  continued growth of SeatGeek Enterprise, as well as spearheading future international expansion  and development opportunities outside of the U.S.

Prior to Airbnb, James spent eight years at Google in London, Sydney  and Singapore; most recently running their APAC Emerging Markets business. With him comes  incredible experience in guiding sales, growing businesses, planning and allocating resources, and  navigating local government policy, which will be incredibly valuable to SeatGeek’s goal to continue  to scale the European business and beyond.
