Live Nation Entertainment announced today that it acquired a majority stake in the independent concert promoter Emporium Presents.

The company promotes over 400 shows varying from concerts to comedy shows throughout the U.S. and Canada annually. Co-founded by Dan Steinberg and Jason Zink in 2015, Emporium Presents has offices in U.S. states Colorado, Washington, and Alabama. Since their debut, Steinberg and Zink have promoted thousands of shows, including acts like Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dolly Parton, and The Scorpion, as well as The Trailer Park Boys.

“Dan and Jason are dedicated promoters, through and through,” Live Nation U.S. Concerts President Bob Roux said in a press release. “Their industry insight and strong relationships have grown Emporium Presents into a national promoter in just a few short years, and we can’t wait to see what else they achieve now that they are part of Live Nation.”

Steinberg said that the duo is looking forward to working with Live Nation, a company Emporium Presents has already had a “great long-term relationship” with.

“Our overall philosophy is to do right by the artists and do right by the fans, and everything else takes care of itself,” Zink said. “We know Live Nation is a prime example of that. This new partnership will present a lot of opportunities for the artists we are fortunate enough to work with.”

Upcoming shows from Emporium Presents include Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Avett Brothers, Straight No Chaser, The Piano Guys, Gillian Welch, Home Free, Ghost, John Prine, and Social Distortion.
