The former first lady Michelle Obama is due to head out on her book tour in support of her memoir and has announced that 10 percent of tickets will go toward community organizations throughout the U.S.

Obama’s tour, which is set to kick-off on November 13,  “will feature intimate and honest conversations between Mrs. Obama and a selection of to-be-announced moderators, reflective of the extraordinary stories shared in the wide-ranging chapters of her deeply personal book,” Live Nation shared in a statement. The trek reportedly sold out quickly, and only resale tickets are available for most dates.

According to The Hill, the cheapest ticket available during her Washington stop on November 25 was priced at $850 on Friday, and her Boston date on November 24 could be found for $400. In her hometown of Detroit, only a single ticket at $180 was left, with the next cheapest ticket totaling $775.

In order to ensure that her fans across the country can see her on tour, Live Nation and Obama have decided to give 10 percent of the tickets to deserving organizations alike Girl Scouts, The National Association for Urban Debate League, and Public Allies, among others.

It was important to me that all sorts of people could come to the tour events, not just those with means or who happened to be by a computer when the tickets went on sale,” Obama said. “That’s why we are giving away thousands of tickets to people around the country, particularly to young people striving to be their best. I want them to see themselves in my story—to see the value in the fullness of their lives and to imagine who they might become in the years ahead.”

Obama’s memoir, Becoming, drops November 13 via Crown publishing with a book deal worth up to $65 million. The novel discusses Obama’s personal and professional life, shedding light on her time growing up on the South Side of Chicago to her journey becoming the first lady.

“I hope that this tour will inspire others to reflect upon and share their own stories – all the joys and sorrows, all the scars and renewals – so that together, we can better recognize that each of us, in our own way, is in a constant process of becoming,” she said.
