Ozzy Osbourne was forced to postpone four shows on his ‘No More Tours 2’ trek, but has just announced the rescheduled dates for summer 2019.
Earlier this month, the Prince of Darkness needed to reschedule three shows after he underwent emergency hand surgery. However, after additional evaluation from his doctors, he needed another surgery on his hand to treat multiple infections, forcing him to cancel the rest of the tour.
“I’m so fu**ing bummed about cancelling these shows,” Osbourne said in a statement. “The tour had been going great and we were really looking forward to these last few gigs. We’re hoping everyone will be patient and we’ll look forward to seeing them at the shows next year.”
The shows, which were originally supposed to take place on October 6, 9, 11, and 13, are now moved to July 20 in Las Vegas, July 23 in Chula Vista, July 27 in Mountain View, and July 29 in Los Angeles. According to a post on his website, ticketholders should hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored at the new show date. However, refunds are also available at point of purchase.
Preceding the rescheduled dates, Osbourne is due to play in Europe with Judas Priest. The duo will kick things off in Dublin, Ireland on January 30, followed by shows throughout Europe in February and March. Although he said this would be his last tour, he is still expected to perform occasionally at select shows.
