Comedian Aziz Ansari will return to the spotlight with a comedy tour throughout 2019.
This will be Ansari’s first tour since he was accused of sexual misconduct in January. Ansari, 35, reportedly was accused by an anonymous woman of allegedly forcing himself on her at his apartment. While he thought the incident was consensual, she did not. He said he took time to process what she said after misunderstanding the situation, and his Netflix series was halted.
Now, Ansari will head out on a 28-date run, kicking-off in Boston, Massachusetts on February 6. Throughout the trek, he will make stops in cities like Pittsburgh, Columbus, Reno, Buffalo, and St. Louis before wrapping-up in New York City in May. Additionally, Netflix said Ansari’s show will resume if he’s ready.
