Indie-rocker Courtney Barnett will head out on her first-ever U.S. headlining tour in 2020 for an intimate round of shows.

She’ll kick-off the New Year with a show on January 23 at The Queen in Wilmington, Delaware, followed by gigs in cities like Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Woodstock. Along the way, Barnett will stop at the Castle Theatre in Bloomington, Illinois, The Iron Horse in Northampton, Massachusetts, and Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown, California before wrapping-up in Sonoma at the Redwood Barn. Hachiku, an indie/alternative singer who is signed to Barnett’s own Milk! Records, will provide support.

Ahead of the outing, she’s also slated to open the show for Brandi Carlile at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium and will appear at the Sky Blue Sky Festival in Rivieria Maya, Mexico.

TFL and ATBS for ticketing professionals

This tour, which is described as “back to the basics,” will only feature Barnett and her guitar – instead of a backing band – while she performs tracks off her latest record, Tell Me How You Really Feel. The LP, which was released last year, features singles “Nameless, Faceless,” “City Looks Pretty,” “Need A Little Time,” and “Sunday Roast.” This year, she returned with the track “Everybody Here Hates You.”
