Coheed and Cambria are hitting the road this year to play their fourth studio album front-to-back at shows across North America.

The massive 41-date tour will kick-off this May in Austin, Texas, followed by shows in Oakland, Missoula, Denver, Cleveland, Worcester, and Atlanta. The run will be split into two legs, picking up again in August for shows at Calgary’s Palace Theatre, New York City’s Rooftop at Pier 17, The Fillmore at Harrah’s New Orleans, and the Hard Rock Live in Orlando before wrapping-up in Saint Petersburg at Jannus Live on October 3.

This tour is a part of the band’s ongoing Neverender tours. Back in 2008, the group hosted their first Neverender four-night show in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and London, performing one album in-full during each gig. Throughout the years, Coheed and Cambria performed a handful of Neverender tours. Now, 12 years after it all began, they’ll perform every song off of Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume IV: No World for Tomorrow. The record, which includes tracks “The Running Free” and “Feathers,” peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 in 2005.

“Neverender is a special chance for us to celebrate the milestones that have made us Coheed and Cambira,” lead singer Claudio Sanchez said in a statement. “And while the title of this chapter may suggest the end, I would like to think this and past Neverenders will help inform how we approach this ritual in the future.”

Last year, the group launched a tour but had to postpone the rest of the date after drummer Josh Eppard needed a procedure for his heart. They were touring in support of their most recent album, Vaxis – Act 1: The Unheavenly Creatures.
