The upcoming matchup between the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders is set to go-down as the most expensive ticket in NFL history, outside of the Super Bowl, according to ticket resellers.

The Lions and Commanders are slated to face-off on Saturday at Ford Field. According to secondary ticketing site TickPick, the average ticket price is $1,005 — marking the most expensive game on record, surpassing the Divisional Round game between the Lions and Buccaneers last year at $948. According to StubHub, the Commands-Lions game outsold the best-selling game between the Ravens and Bills by 188%.

“The game between the Commanders and Lions has all the makings of a high-demand matchup – a team that just won its first playoff game since 2006 competing against America’s favorite team,” Adam Budelli, a spokesperson with StubHub, noted in a statement to Fox 2 Detroit. “It’s the hottest ticket of the weekend by far, nearly tripling the sales of the other divisional round games.”
