Just a month after completing a fall tour of the states, English musician David Gray is making his mark with a second leg of tour dates in spring 2010. The 25-city return trek kicks off March 11 at Verizon Wireless Theater in Houston, TX, and concludes its stateside run on April 15 at Hard Rock Live in Orlando, FL.

Over the course of two months, Gray will take the stage in theaters and performing arts centers across the nation. Stops on the itinerary include a March 13-14 stand at Hogg Memorial Auditorium in Austin, TX, as well as single-night engagements on March 31 at Lyric Opera House in Baltimore, MD, and April 11 at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN.

Presales for one city on the U.S. tour began yesterday, December 3, and resulted in a sell-out of the limited presale ticket supplies for the March 24 concert at Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, IN. Remaining ticket presales for the trek start on December 7 along with public onsales for Indianapolis.

Gray recently wrapped his first leg of U.S. dates in support of his eighth studio album, “Draw the Line,” released in the states on September 22. The effort earned Gray his highest ever debut on the U.S. charts with a No. 12 position on the Billboard 200.

The release was followed closely by a 12-date trek across the nation. The venture took Gray to the major concert markets from coast to coast, beginning on October 23 in Boston and ending last month on November 9 in Los Angeles.
