Justin Bieber promised his fans “big news” this week, and today announced the dates for his 45 city tour, Believe. The tour is scheduled to kick off on September 29 at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona and ends January 26, 2013 in Miami at the American Airlines Arena.

Presales for the North American tour begin today, May 23, at noon for members of Justin Bieber’s Fan Club. According to a press release from AEG, fans can log into BieberFever.com or join now with a Quaterly or Yearly Membership Package in order to take part in the presale. Participants of the presale are allowed to purchase a max of four tickets for up to four tour dates. In addition, American Express is offering presales for both the U.S. and Canada in the next week. Tickets will be released to the public on June 1 for Canadain residents followed by June 2 for those in the U.S.

As for what to expect during the Believe tour — in an interview with MTV News Bieber stated: “There’s a lot of fun stuff. I’ve been really hard at work in the studio, in the dance studio, just kind of figuring out what I want to do as far as choreograph and whatnot. I think the tour’s going to be really special. We got a lot of suprises.”

The announcement of the Believe tour comes just weeks before Bieber’s fourth studio album of the same name is released. “Beliebers” purchasing tickets for the tour will be presented with the opportunity to pre-order a digital copy of the album, according to AEG. The albums track list was released earlier this week confirming duets with Drake, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, and Ludacris, according to MTV.

Bieber’s first single off of Believe, “Boyfriend,” has appeared on both the hip-hop and pop charts on Billboard and after peaking at No. 2 it currently sits at No. 9 on the Hot 100. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bieber’s video for “Boyfriend” broke a YouTube record with over 8 million views within 24 hours of being released. Bieber took to Twitter announcing that a remix to the song with rappers 2 Chainz and Mac Miller is also on the way.

Opening the show for Bieber is Carly Rae Jepsen of “Call Me Maybe” fame. The fellow Canadian was a contestant on Canadian Idol in 2007 and placed third. According to The Huffington Post, Jepsen’s rise to stardom in the U.S. came as a result of Bieber listening to the radio while he was home in Canada and becoming addicted to her song, which prompted Bieber to have her sign on with his manager Scooter Braun’s label Schoolboy Records. Jepsen’s song has since taken over the U.S. inspiring viral videos and currently sits at No. 4 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

On Biebers official Twitter account he announced the possibility of another special guest adding “you will have to wait and see.”
