A health update on Natalie Cole, tour details for Plain White T’s and more are part of the daily tour recap for May 21, as compiled by TicketNews.

After being diagnosed with Hepatitis C in February 2008 and undergoing months of dialysis, Natalie Cole has received a kidney transplant. The award winning vocalist will spend the summer in recovery, leading to the postponement of a few summer concerts. At this point, her fall concert plans are still a go.

In other concert news, the Plain White T’s have announced a second leg of dates for their Three Part Harmony Tour. Alt-country rebel Neko Case is also about to set out on her own new round of tour dates for her March release, “Middle Cyclone.” Finally, Billboard and Cárdenas Marketing Network will work together to produce a Latin music concert series in 2010, which will culminate with the Billboard Latin Music Awards.

Those are the complete concert and tour reports for this Thursday. Stay tuned for more of the latest from TicketNews tomorrow and after the Memorial Day weekend. And, as always, read on for choice itinerary updates in brief:
