Additional dates for Jay-Z in 2010 and solo concerts for Julian Casablancas are in the mix for the daily tour recap on November 6, as compiled by TicketNews.

Rap star and entrepreneur Jay-Z will start his current tour afresh in the New Year. The chart-topping artist had already announced 14 dates for February and March 2010, with additional show details on the way. The first tickets for the winter trek, which includes support from Young Jeezy, will be available to the public on November 13.

In addition to Jay-Z’s 2010 touring aspirations, a number of other recording acts are extending their time on the road. Read on for highlights from those updates, outlined in brief below:

Julian Casablancas, frontman for The Strokes, is in the midst of a solo tour of North America and Europe. The intercontinental venture continues with shows on November 6 and 13 at Broadway Palace Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, and concludes it’s North American tenure on November 27 at the same venue. From there, Casablancas heads overseas for a slate of shows that will keep him on the road from November 30 at Vega House of Music in Copengagen, NET, through December 15-16 at HMV Forum in London, ENG.

Pete Yorn will make a little extra headway during his U.S. tour, which continues through December. The singer-songwriter recently added some extra dates to the itinerary, which picks up November 8 at Amos’ SouthEnd in Charlotte, NC, and ends with a December 11 holiday show for 93 XRT at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL. The middle of his tour is filled in with a variety of stops, including shows on November 11 at The Plaza Theatre in Orlando, FL; November 15 at WorkPlay Soundstage in Birmingham, AL; and November 21 at The Marquee in Tempe, AZ.

3OH!3 is expanding its December concert calendar with a few headlining dates in addition to a slate of holiday performances. The group now has regular gigs lined up on December 4 at Rialto Theatre in Tucson, AZ; December 14 at Coca Cola Bricktown Events Center in Oklahoma, OK; and December 15 at Hemisfair Park in San Antonto, TX. The guys of 3OH!3 will also hit the stage for at least five holiday-themed concerts, beginning with KIIS’s Jingle Ball on December 5 in Los Angeles, CA, and ending with 93.3 FLS’z Jingle Ball on December 13 in Tampa, FL.
