The classic rockers of Aerosmith have announced an extension of their Las Vegas residency through 2020.
The residency, dubbed Deuces Are Wild, ran from April through July at the Park Theater at MGM Park and was extended to run through early December. However, the group isn’t quite ready to call it quits in Sin City yet and due to “extraordinary demand,” they are planning to perform throughout January, February, May, and June next year. They’ll pick up shows again on January 29 and wrap-up on June 4.
During these new shows, mega fans will have the opportunity to purchase special “VIP On STAGE THX-PERIENCE,” which includes a seat on stage, a pair of 1more THX-certitifed Triple Driver Headphones to keep, on stage VIP bar access, and separate entry into the venue.
“We bring you into Aerosmith World,” drummer Joey Kramer told the Today Show of the residency when it was first announced last year. “The history behind our almost 50 years of being together, and as soon as you walk into the Park Theater in Vegas, you’re gonna walk into Aerosmith World.”
Perry also explained that fans should expect to hear some songs that they haven’t heard live before, as well as some classics. Throughout their career, the group has been named the best-selling American rock band of all time with more than 150 million records sold.
