Alanis Morissette, who is set to celebrate her smash-hit record with a special concert in New York City this Monday, has revealed a headlining anniversary tour.

Morissette will play a rare one-night gig at New York City’s Apollo Theatre tonight, December 2, to celebrate the opening of the Broadway musical this week. During the one-off show, Morissette will perform Jagged Little Pill in-full for an acoustic set, followed by a Q+A session. Now, Morissette will continue the celebration with a round of tour dates in 2020 to honor the record’s 25-year anniversary.

The 31-date outing will kick-off on June 2 in Portland, followed by shows in Phoenix, Dallas, Charlotte, Mansfield, and Cuyahoga Falls. She’ll make stops at venues along the way like the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Hartford’s XFINITY Theatre, and Toronto’s Budweiser Stage before wrapping-up at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on July 25. Garbage and Liz Phair will provide support.

The show precedes the opening of Jagged Little Pill: The Musical, opening on Broadway this Thursday at the Broadhurst Theater. Directed by the Tony Award-Winner Dane Paulus, the show will delve into not only the legacy of the hit record of the same name, but will tell a story. The musical revolves around the family The Healys, showcasing the ups-and-downs of the picture-perfect family after they face some harsh truths and distressing events, making them choose between believing in reality or maintaining their status quo. It will also feature tracks from the record like Morissette’s hard-hitting singles “You Oughta Know,” “Ironic,” and “All I Really Want.”

Jagged Little Pill, released in June 1995 via Maverick, was Morissette’s first released record worldwide and received a Grammy award for Album of the Year. Morissette is also set to release new music. “Reasons I Drink” is the lead single from her forthcoming ninth studio record, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, which is due on May 1, 2020. The LP is her first since 2012’s Havoc and Bright Lights.
