Today’s recap includes tour announcements, concert updates and more, as compiled by TicketNews on May 4, 2009.

Reggae-tinged pop-rock band Sugar Ray has booked a summer tour to coincide with the release of their reunion album. Of course, reunion plans are already in place for No Doubt, but the band continues to confirm more U.S. tour dates and work on a new album.

Fleetwood Mac has also continued to announce more dates for the Unleashed Tour, which launched on March 1 and will now stretch through late June, at least. Fans who show up to Coldplay‘s summer concerts will get more than a live performance: They’ll also receive free music.

Finally, fans and fellow Las Vegas strip performers continue to say goodbye to legendary showman Danny Gans. Called the “Man of Many Voices,” Gans died in his sleep on May 1, shocking friends and family, and ending his long-running legacy as an acclaimed family friendly performer in Sin City. Gans was 52 years old.
