Tickets to see the Goo Goo Dolls and tickets for upcoming Good Charlotte shows are on sale throughout the weekend ending July 7, as compiled by TicketNews.
Alternative rockers Good Charlotte have been concentrating on their lives outside music of late, but that is beginning to change as the band begins hitting the road this fall. On Saturday morning, July 5, fans in Maryland can buy tickets to their upcoming show at SONAR in North Harbor. Saturday morning also marks an opportunity to snag tickets to several other hot concerts, including a stop in San Francisco by alternative rockers N.E.R.D. and a performance by Kid Rock in Kelseyville, CA.
Also in the onsales for this weekend is a concert from rockers the Goo Goo Dolls. Out of the limelight for the last several months, the band is beginning a comeback, and they have a show in Salamanca, NY in the onsales for Monday. Monday also presents a chance to buy tickets to Bob Dylan’s concert in Hamilton, Ontario.
Rounding out the weekend ticket opportunities are several more high profile music acts. Rocker Pat Benatar has two concerts in the onsales this weekend: a show in Minnesota and a performance in California on sale Saturday. R&B stars Kool & the Gang have a concert in Coarsegold, CA in the onsales today. Friday also marks a chance to get tickets to an appearance by the Blues Brothers, featuring original Brother Dan Aykroyd and Jim Belushi, brother of John. The show will take place at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Connecticut. Finally, R&B crooner Brian McKnight has an upcoming concert in Tacoma, WA on sale on Saturday.
“Onsales” is a ticketing industry term describing when tickets initially go on sale to the general public. Each week, tickets are released by promoters, venues and others to dozens of events, but the number of tickets available can vary significantly between locations.
