One week after announcing the cancellation of concerts through February 24 in San Diego, Yes has now cancelled the remaining five dates on its In the Present Tour: February 25 at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, AZ, through March 3 at Table Mountain Casino in Friant, CA.

Founding member Chris Squire, who underwent leg surgery on February 11, has been advised by his doctor that he needs a one month rest period, which knocks the band off the road.

This is the classic rockers’ second medical casualty in about eight months. Yes was set to launch a 26-city 40th anniversary tour last summer when singer Jon Anderson had a severe asthma attack and was diagnosed with acute respiratory failure.

Yes finally hit the road last fall, performing nearly 30 North American shows. It was touring with original members Steve Howe, Squire and Alan White, and joined by keyboardist Oliver Wakeman and Yes tribute band vocalist Benoit David, who was stepping in for Anderson.
