Indie band Arctic Monkeys announced more dates while on the UK leg of their World Tour this year the same day tickets went on sale, due to high demand, along with a new record due next month.

The group revealed additional dates for shows in London at The O2 Arena on September 12, the Birmingham Arena on September 16, the FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield on September 21, the 3Arena in Dublin on September 25, and the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle on September 28.

In addition to the slew of new shows, the band also announced their sixth studio album — after a five year hiatus — due May 11. The record, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino, is described as “a bold and brilliant album reflecting Turner’s ever more comprehensive creative vision.” The group announced the album via YouTube, posting a short teaser video with bluesy riffs and a cinematic feel.
