Alice Cooper and Halestorm are teaming up this summer for a co-headlining amphitheater tour across the U.S.

Allentown, Pennsylvania will kick-off the 19-date outing on July 17 at PPL Center, followed by shows in cities like Chicago, St. Louis, Nashville, Bethel and Kansas City. The bands will round-out the trek mid-August at Camden, New Jersey’s BB&T Pavilion. Post-hardcore band Motionless in White is set to open the show.

Cooper’s show, dubbed “Ol’ Black Eyes Is Back,” will offer something new, promising a ” very different look” than his previous concerts. Additionally, Cooper is expected to release new music before the summer, which he has been working on with his longtime collaborator Bob Ezrin. The new LP will follow 2017’s Paranormal and 2011’s Welcome To My Nightmare. The Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Famer is best-known for his 1972 smash-hit album School’s Out featuring the title track, as well as Trash‘s “Poison” and Billion Dollar Babies’ “No More Mr. Nice Guy.”

“We are beyond excited to announce our new tour with the man who burnt the rule book on Rock n Roll…Alice Cooper,” Lzzy Hale, Halestorm front woman said in a statement. “Alice is our A in the ABC’s of Rock music, and we are honored to be sharing the stage with such a legend and his incredible band. School’s definitely out!”

The rockers and Grammy Award-winners of Halestorm will be touring in support of 2018’s Vicious, which scored them their second Grammy nomination for Best Rock Performance of the single “Uncomfortable.” Halestorm has consistently sold-out arenas across the globe for their hard-hitting sound since 2009, garnering attention with tracks like “I Miss The Misery” and “Love Bites (So Do I)” off 2012’s The Strange Case Of… and Into The Wild Life’s “I Am The Fire” from 2015.

“We’ve played festivals with Halestorm, including Rock In Rio, and now I’m excited about doing this summer tour with Lzzy and the band, can’t wait to get to the first show,” Cooper said.
