Coheed & Cambria are teaming-up with Mastodon for a co-headlining run across the U.S. next spring.
“The Infinite Arc Tour” is set to kick-off on May 10 in Salem, Virginia. From there, they’ll appear in Wilmington, Lexington, Virginia Beach, Scranton, and Peoria, hitting venues along the way like Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Bridgeport’s Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, the Firefly Distillery in Charleston, and Green Bay’s Resch Center before wrapping-up at the Vibrant Music Hall in Waukee, Iowa on June 8.
Throughout the run, Periphery will provide support.
Coheed & Cambria will be touring in support of their forthcoming record, The Father of Make Believe, due March 14. The album will follow 2022’s Vaxis II: A Window of the Waking Mind and 2018’s The Unheavenly Creatures. The post-hardcore group is best-known for hits like “Welcome Home” and “The Suffering” from 2005’s Good Apollo I’m Burning Star IV Volume One: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness.
The metalheads of Mastodon last dropped Hushed and Grim in 2021, featuring tracks “Teardrinker” and “Sickle and Peace.” Earlier this year, they dropped the 15th anniversary deluxe edition of Crack the Skye. The 2009 record includes fan-favorites like “Oblivion,” “Divinations,” and “Crack the Skye.”
