The Bravery

The Bravery is a rock band from New York City, their music consisting of post-punk revival and new wave. The band played their first gig in Brooklyn of November, 2003. To promote their local shows, they created posters and three song samplers both featuring a phoenix image, the same artwork later became the cover of their debut album.

In 2007, The Bravery’s second album “The Sun and the Moon” was released, and in 2008 they announced the new release of “The Sun and the Moon Complete” which was a 2-disc set. They recently went on tour with Green Day performing songs from their forthcoming studio album. They also headlined a tour that started on September 18th and will also be performing new songs from their new album “Stir the Blood” due to be released December 2009.
