The conference agenda for the 2007 Ticket Summit is expected to be announced later this morning. The trade show, which revolves around issues relevant to the ticketing industry, the secondary market in particular, will be held at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas from July 17 -19, 2007.

Three weeks ago, Ticket Summit revealed their initial list of expert panelists slated to speak at the conference. Just as TicketNews obtained exclusive information on the roster of panelists before they were officially revealed, we were able to get a sneak peak at the agenda of discussion topics that will be released later today.

A reliable source has disclosed that this year’s panel discussions will strongly focus on current issues that are shaping the industry such as the changing legal climate in respect to anti-scalping laws, the emergence of secondary markets overseas, the blurring line between primary and secondary ticketing, and innovations in ticket security. These topics will round out trade show staples including sessions on customer service, web marketing, and media relations. The full agenda covers a variety of issues, ensuring that attendees will be well-informed about the present state of the industry while learning about opportunities to grow and strengthen their businesses.

For those who have been waiting for the release of the conference agenda to make a decision on whether or not to attend this year’s Ticket Summit, be advised that the $395 discounted price of admission is available only until the end of March, at which time it will rise to $495.
