Missouri Governor Matt Blunt is considering signing a bill that would legalize some forms of ticket resale in the state. If the bill is signed, ticket resale outside of a stadium would still be prohibited, but would allow individuals, as well as the Kansas City Chiefs, the opportunity to resale tickets over the internet.
