TicketNews.com releases its exclusive weekly Top Ten Primary and Secondary Live Event Ticket Sellers Rankings for the week ending 5/01/07 this morning. Here is a quick taste of where the websites stand.

Ticketmaster lawsuit aside, all looks fairly quiet on the Top Primary Sellers chart. The only changes are Tix and TicketsWest swapping places this week . . .

The Top Secondary Sellers chart shows slightly more variety. StubHub! is still leading the pack with TicketsNow and TicketLiquidator holding steady at number two and number three, respectively. Below them is a website do-si-do – TickCo Premium Seating and Coast to Coast Tickets switch places, as do GoTickets.com and RazorGator. Online Seats and ABC Tickets each advance one position. Ticket Specialists moves up three spots to take a place at the bottom of the chart this week, squeezing Ticket Solutions out of the top ten.

Despite the growth of the secondary market, primary ticket sellers claim four of the ten top Overall Ticket Sellers spots and two of the top three positions. Ticketmaster shows no sign of relinquishing the number one ranking and Tickets.com moves up to number three. Live Nation and TicketWeb also appear on the chart, though further down, at spots six and eight. GoTickets.com moves up into the top ten this week to take its place among the usual secondary market suspects. As a result, RazorGator is bumped off the chart.
