Pollstarpro.com is reporting that Live Nation Canada has reorganized its executive team with several members from its House of Blues division.
Riley O’Connor has been named chairman of Live Nation Canada. Longtime HoB Canada exec VP Don Simpson, who helped build the company into the powerhouse it is today, has not been with the company for a few weeks now.
O’Connor most recently served as senior VP of talent for House of Blues Concerts Canada. He will oversee all LN activity in the Great White North. . .
“As a Top 10 global music market, Canada is a priority for Live Nation and we now have a strong executive team in place which we expect will enable us to continue to grow our business,” Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino said in a statement.
