Singer/songwriter Mike Doughty will get close to fans and preview new material from his upcoming album, “Golden Delicious,” on his small East Coast club tour, Nov. 2-19.

Billed as “The Question Jar Show,” the 12-date trek, with two night stands in New York and Minneapolis, will feature Doughty, accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Andrew “Scrap” Livingston, playing requests yelled out from the audience in addition to showcasing some new songs from the album and answering questions from fans in between songs via The Question Jar – a large jar into which the audience can drop written questions into; no question too weird, no topic taboo. . .

A special fans-only ticket pre-sale began on Sept. 20 and ends Sept. 26 at 5 p.m. Ticket buyer during the pre-sale have a shot at meeting Doughty and seeing his soundcheck. In addition, all pre-sale ticket buyers will receive a code for $1 off the new CD.
