New York-based metal band Bloodsimple embarked on a national tour supporting Hellyeah on Oct. 30 in Detroit, MI that will wind down on Dec. 9 back in New York City. Bloodsimple’s sophomore album, “Red Harvest,” was released on Reprise Records last week. The quartet is comprised of vocalist Tim Williams and guitarist Mike Kennedy (of legendary New York hardcore band Vision of Disorder), bassist Kyle Sanders (brother of Mastodon’s Troy Sanders), and guitarist Nick Rowe.

A sonically diverse tour de force, “Red Harvest,” the band’s major-label debut, combines their unique brand of groove-driven metal with a more organic and fine-tuned sound.

Hellyeah vocalist Chad Gray signed Bloodsimple to his label, Bullygoat Records, after catching one of their shows.
