With her five-year Las Vegas residency drawing to a close, Céline Dion is welcomed back to the recording industry arena with a second week at number one. Whether the songstress is drawing in new fans attracted to the edgier sound of her recent album or she has retained the loyalty of her former fan base, her “Taking Chances” tour appears to be a good gamble.
