The 2009 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo at Reliant Arena in Houston, TX, will present 22 headliners from a wide variety of musical genres from March 3-22. Country music artists include Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins, Lady Antebellum, Clay Walker and Clint Black.

Other artists include rock and rollers ZZ Top, teen sensations Jonas Brothers and R&B singer Gladys Knight. In total, the appearing artists have won 21 Grammy Awards, 69 Country Music Association awards and 55 Academy of Country Music awards.

Tickets go on sale January 17 at 10 a.m., with ticket prices ranging from $16 to $300, plus applicable fees. On the opening day of ticket sales, January 17, there is a 10-ticket limit for the Rodeo performances featuring Rascal Flatts, Jonas Brothers, Brad Paisley and Taylor Swift on March 20. Beginning Monday, January 19, tickets will be available at the Reliant Park Box Office, with no service charge.

There are also season and mini-season tickets: Season tickets are for all 20 RodeoHouston performances and start at $312 per ticket, which includes a $10 handling fee per order. The cost also includes admission to Reliant Center, Reliant Arena, The Hideout (21 and older) and the carnival. Mini-season tickets are for one of two nine-performance mini-season ticket options with loge tickets at $181 and upper level at $142 and $148 depending upon the option.

Three Wednesdays are designated as value tickets days with various ticketing and other entertainment options. More information about special events and ticket is available on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Web site.
