Anheuser-Busch Companies, the self-proclaimed “King of Beers” that has had a sponsorship agreement with Live Nation since 2000, has signed a new three-year sponsorship agreement at select Live Nation amphitheaters.

Anheuseur-Busch has been sponsoring concerts at Live Nation’s sheds ever since the company was known as SFX, then Clear Channel Entertainment before being spun off as Live Nation. “This sponsorship is major,” a Live Nation spokesperson told TicketNews before the official May 6 announcement.

The beer company will also showcase a pair of its popular summer promotions: Budweiser’s Ticket to Summer, in which consumers can win tickets to concerts, and Bud Light Port Paradise, where a sweepstakes winner wins a cruise as the prize.

“A national sponsor at Live Nation venues for the past nine years, we are pleased to continue our relationship with Anheuser-Busch,” Russell Wallach, president of North American alliances at Live Nation, said in a statement. “Our venue and digital platforms are the perfect vehicles to connect the Budweiser and Bud Light brands with adult music fans across the country.”
