In statements reported in the New York Daily News, Jay-Z expressed his disappointment and reiterated that the proceeds from the concert at Madison Square Garden Friday, September 11, are going to the widows and orphans of loved ones who were killed in the attack on the World Trade Center. Tickets were originally sold for $54.50, but some trying to resell tickets for thousands of dollars.
