PRESS RELEASE: “LIVE NATION APPOINTS MIKE EVANS AS PRESIDENT OF ARENAS”

(LOS ANGELES, CA) June 21, 2010 – Live Nation announced today the appointment of arena management veteran Mike Evans as the company’s newly created President of Arenas. Evans will be responsible for managing Live Nation’s dealings with Live Nation’s North American arena partners. In 2009, Live Nation promoted more than 1,000 North American arena shows, attracting more than 9 million fans and generating net gross ticket sales of approximately $600 million.
