PRESS RELEASE: “SCOREBIG SCORES FORMER TICKETMASTER EXECUTIVE”

LOS ANGELES (ScoreBig) November 10, 2011 — ScoreBig (www.scorebig.com), a new members-only site offering guaranteed savings of up to 60% and no fees on tickets for sports, concert and theater events nationwide, announced today the appointment of Bill Ashton to Vice President of Music. In his new role, Ashton will focus on ScoreBig’s sales efforts and strategy in the live music industry.

Ashton comes to ScoreBig from Ticketmaster, where he served as Senior Director of Music Services, managing touring strategy and ancillary opportunities for hundreds of music tours. During his tenure, Ashton not only ran the sales and business development for Ticketmaster’s Music Services team, but also developed and executed strategic ticketing programs across some of the biggest concert tours in the world and served as a consultant for touring strategy and program implementation.

“Bill’s vast experience and unique skill sets within the world of music touring and ticketing will help further seed ScoreBig’s long-term solution to help performers, managers and promoters fill empty seats and bring back casual fans back to the live music experience without de-valuing their brands,” said Adam Kanner, CEO and Co-Founder of ScoreBig. “We are thrilled to have him as part of the team.”
