PRESS RELEASE: “ShoWare™ Expands Group Focused on Serving Customer Needs and Opens Two New Offices: Company Adds Offices in Oklahoma and Florida

Fresno, Calif. — 8/21/12 — ShoWare™ by VisionOne has expanded its Project Management Team to include two experienced professionals: Jamie Dulaney, Project & Customer Service Manager, in ShoWare’s Annapolis, Maryland office and Amy Russell, Project Manager, in the Seattle, Washington office.

As a Project & Customer Service Manager, Ms. Dulaney is responsible for the coordination and completion of new client installations and training. She works directly with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and enlists the assistance of ShoWare’s internal software development team as necessary. Ms. Dulaney previously served as a Customer Service Representative for TD Bank and was with Konigsberg Instruments for four years performing data collection, information management and support for over 1,600 clients. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.

Ms. Russell joined ShoWare’s West Coast project management team after being on the client side at Western Washington Fair Association/Puyallup Fair and Events Center for twelve years. While at Puyallup Fair and Events Center, she was responsible for its online and interactive marketing and communications plan, managed www.thefair.com and developed numerous email and online advertising campaigns. In addition, in this role Ms. Russell was responsible for all sponsorships associated with the Puyallup Fair and Events Center including developing proposals, facilitating sponsorship relationships and providing reporting to the various sponsors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Pacific LutheranUniversity.

Also, in addition to the new team members, ShoWare has also expanded its geographical reach with new offices in Oklahoma and Florida. These offices will serve the established client base already in these markets as well as seek new opportunities in the arenas, casinos, fairs, sports and performing arts industries.

ShoWare, the first company to launch Real Facebook Ticketing in 2010, recently expanded its functionality to maximize the use of social media for sales and marketing. The newest release takes full advantage of the major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to promote events and sell more tickets. ShoWare has had great customer success this year so far and continues expanding globally.
