Stone Temple Pilots will be going on tour this fall accompanied by their new vocalist, Chester Bennington. Bennington, who is also the co-vocalist of Linkin Park, took over for former STP lead singer, Scott Weiland, after he was fired from the band and various lawsuits ensued. The tour is scheduled to start in Bethlehem, PA (September 4th), traveling across the U.S. before wrapping up in Biloxi, MI (November 1st). Bennington and STP are currently working on a new EP which is due out this fall and will be supported by the tour. It has also been announced that Filter will be the opening act for most appearances during the fall. Tickets are on sale now.
