With the increasing capabilities of Virtual Reality headsets, it was only a matter of time before concerts were added to the lineup.
Live Nation is teaming up with Next VR to give access to fans who can’t make it to the show – in essence “removing the fourth wall” for an at-home concert-going experience.
The broadcasts involve a 10-camera setup that purveyors say makes it essentially the same experience as going to the show (without impacting those at the show by obstructing their views).
