Indie artist Father John Misty is back with the release of God’s Favorite Customer, set to drop this June, and has confirmed an expansive 70-stop headlining tour.

This record will be the singer’s fourth studio album, following his 2017 effort, Pure Comedy. He is best- known for the 2015 single “Chateau Lobby #4 (In C for Two Virgins)” and “Nancy From Now On” off his debut 2012 record. His most popular song to date is a single he released in 2016 titled “Real Love Baby,” a catchy, folk-driven track. Just this past month, he dropped a handful of songs under the title Disappointing Diamonds Are The Rarest Of Them All, which includes “Mr. Tillman.”

The tour will kick-off next week on May 11 in Bloomington, Indiana for a solo show titled “A Kurt Vonnegut Gathering” at Upland Brewing Company. From there, he will head to Europe and is slated to perform at various festivals including All Points East in London, Barcelona’s Primavera Sound, and We Love Green in Paris. In June, he will return to the States to play at New York’s Mountain Jam, and make appearances at Kentucky’s Forecastle Festival, New York’s Governor’s Ball, and San Francisco’s Outside Lands Festival, among others. From late October through the end of November, he’ll stop throughout the UK and Europe for a slew of shows, ending in Lausanne, Switzerland on November 18.
